This route takes us from Fort Langley Cyclery over
the Golden Ears Bridge, with a stop at the Stomping Grounds Coffee shop
in Osprey Village, Pitt Meadows near the start of the Pitt Meadows
Greenway. After coffee we follow the greenway (packed gravel) to the
Lougheed Hwy under the Pitt Meadows bridge and along a multi-use path
(paved) parallel to the highway. Then back over the Golden Ears and back
to Ft. Langley via the Trans Canada Trail. The ride is mostly flat with
the only hills being the Golden Ears Bridge (mostly the return trip)
and a few rollers on the Langley side.
